What will the future bring

Will there be peace on earth

Questions that we all ask

With no answers in site

A lot of things to think about

As you lay in your bed tonight

 

Violence is everywhere

Crime just seems to soar

Sometimes I just wonder

If people even care anymore

 

Some people do lead a life

Of fame, fortune and wealth

But what about the millions that die

Due to lack of money for there health

 

It's really quite sad

If you stop and look around

Seeing all the poverty

Along with the trash on the ground

 

I truly believe

We all have good within

Just look inside yourself

And let the journey begin

 

One full of happiness

One without pain

Where people don't have to suffer

And they can live there lives again

Now this is a truely incredible poem! It is also very sad and true! (It kinda mirrors my poem Mother Nature!) Change is hard, and most of us run from it, but when we do change amazing things happen! I'm enjoying reading your work, you have a gift!
