Beautiful Day

 

Wind through the trees

Rain on the ground

Lightning in the sky

Followed by a pound

 

Thunder in the clouds

Giving you a chill

A real sight to see

Truest form of thrill

 

Rain flowing through

Down between the creek

All you see is clouds

Floating over the peaks

 

When the storm is over

And the clouds go away

All we can do is wait

For another beautiful day
