The gentlest kiss

The sweetest goodnight

Holding me dear

All through the night

 

Tired but not sleeping

Try as you may

Her essence is with me

Keeping you awake

 

Find pleasure in her words

As she does with mine

It tastes of desire

Like a bottle of fine wine

 

Gently brushing

Your hand through her hair

As she looks up

And gives you a stare

 

Love on her face

As you see her eyes of blue

Keeping this moment

With a smile so true

 

This is a time

When life is so grand

As we fall asleep
