Sitting here

With my heart on my sleeve

Thinking about

What you’ve done to me

You’ve betrayed my trust

Stomped on my heart

Apparently it’s been happening

Right from the start

Telling your lies

All of those times

When I said it was over

You started to cry

You said you were sorry

Said that you loved me

But it’s too late now

Just leave me be

Let me move on

In a life without you

I hope that you suffer

In all that you do

You deserve to be hurt

The way you did me

But don’t ever come back

That is my plea

It seems to cut off. Like there was suppose to be something more to it. Maybe how you felt or reacted afterwards? I am not sure. It just really feels like there should be more to it to me. I was currently in a situation like this, and reading this really broke my heart all over again. Congrats on capturing your auidances feelings and making them reflect your own.

I like this one, but for the ending. I'm thinking it could have been stronger, the last 2 verses. I agree with clouded. It sounded a bit cut-off. Perhaps re-work the end?
Otherwise, I thought it was great. It started out very strong. Let me know if you change it, I'd love to read a revised version. :)
