Where am I to go?

What am I to do?

I feel so empty inside

So lost, not having you

You left without a word

Like a song without its bird

 

What is left to find

With a future in a bind

All I want is to forget you

And get rid of the empty feeling inside.

Yeah I know that feeling, It is so strong when someone you trust turns their back on you.Especially when you need them the most.Your poem shows the feelings you had towards this person.I love it. great metaphors and rhyming.
