Deep down inside

Find the feelings

The ones that you hide

 

Hate burns within

Always eating at you

Why do you feel like this

What can you do

 

No respect for yourself

Hating everyone

Nothing left to hate

After you are done

 

Get rid of those feelings

Before it’s too late

Weather the storm

And release all your hate

you're right here. Hate serves absolutely no purpose. It never makes anything one bit better and only eats away at the heart that harbors it. Recognizing that as you have in your poem, is the beginning of freeing yourself of it.
