Dark Star

Dark Star

A Poem by Dark Star

an angel sits with tattered wings
listen as the angel sings
a sadistic hymn of five years passed
explaining why these tears are cast
black figures surround a cold grave stone
bid farewell to the soul not coming home
he left this world with no regrets
none that we know of; not now, not yet
curious eyes cast down on me
he longs to experience what he can see
with open arms i accept his ghost
for it's his presense i miss the most

Wow... this honestly brought tears to my eyes. The depth of the emotions in this is astounding. I love it. Excellent job.

About
Hmmm not much to say. I'm pretty much like everyone else. I laugh when it is completely inappropriate, say things I shouldn't and worry about what people think of me. Well maybe not everyone is like t.. more..
