Black and White

Black and White

A Poem by C.Elle

Black and White

Black and white beneath a frown
A dark reply and I fall down
Symbols wrapped around my heart
A fire burns within the art

Matches soaked in gasoline
I cried out beneath the scene
Borrowed tears seem to allure
The floods increased, no more secure.

A hand to claim for what was lost
A debt to pay, too high a cost
Black and white beneath a frown
And once again, I fall down

This is very clever and has a great rythym. I love it. Good work.
