Like a moth flies to light.

Like a moth flies to light.

A Poem by maritza.
"

addiction. self-destruction. coping and rebelling.

"

why am i called to

by this danger

why does it speak to me

so sensually

soothingly

calling me by first name

into its fiery pits of pleasure

this insanity

that with a sharp fingernail

on a slim finger marked with sin

seduces me

believes in me

tells me you can do it baby

don't go to bed tonight

you're a moth

and i'm the light

take this liquid for me

let me sway your mind

take you to extacy

you don't have normal human needs

consume nothing but me

inhale this deeply

and breathe on me

i want your eyes to see

the road travel into eternity

your mind to feel as light as a cloud

evaporate your troubles

and tell your past to go f**k itself.

-ritz.
