Lost

Lost

A Poem by Catastrophic Dreams

Forfeited in her own thoughts
She searches for a way out
This irrelevant lamentation for help
Moribund from her Repentance
This scythe sonorous in her heart
This strife to get out
Taunting her in this opprobrium of love
Forfeited in her own thoughts
She seeks a way out
With a somber lamentation

I feel that there has been a conscious decision made to choose weighty words, but I'm not sure to what extent this weight sits on anything.
