UnbearableA Poem by Wynter PageAbout my home life in the past...How in the world did being under the same roof become so unbearable? How did we ever lose track of how happy we used to be? How did it become so easy to forget what a great day felt like? Paused, frozen in time. Running back through the same old lies. Always yelling, always crying. No wonder I've been dreaming of flying. Since when did I always want to escape? So many doors, yet they can't shut out the noise. Spineless threats from a shaking mouth. Hollow walls that even the youngest could blast right through. Everyone's so worried about being right, being heard, that they forgot what the truth is really worth. © 2014 Wynter PageFeatured Review
