Dungeon

Dungeon

A Poem by Willard Wells
"

darkness

"

The darkness that appears as a

dungeon in my mind,

It’s really just the hallways,

where the demons freely roam.

Looking to disturb a perfectly good day.

But as is always the case,

They must play alone,

Since they bore me with their dark world.

Indeed if one can trounce the demons the day will be perfectly good Willard. A feisty piece with a great message about fighting back.

Thanks John for stopping by and your kind words.
Laughing demons away always works for me, I've been way to serious toward the beasts of burden for far too long. Thanks for sharing; much enjoyed!

Thanks for the kind words and reading my words. Just stay in control.
Those hidden voices and demons do tend to play havoc, I find work is like this too.

Hello Andrew and thanks for the visit. I seem to be absent a great deal. Maybe the demons??
