Cindy

My days of life are very simple with nothing too complicated to ruin my days. Traveling to destinations around the world. Just enjoying life with all the pleasures, there are to have. Reading great words and attempting my own. With my camera to document my beautiful world.

Yet as I go about my  life with joy, happiness and good health, my friend is sick, cancer came back. Raising its ugly head, after a long battle with remission for a time. Life getting back to normal, after words that she's cured.

Now life stops once again in a surreal world. Focus of a laser is her mind as she strikes back to win the battle again, once and for all. God by her side with family and friends standing together, holding hands, with a prayer to God to lend a little extra helping hand.

Maybe we all can add a little prayer for Cindy and all that fight this battle to win.

Prayers and good wishes to you my dear friend Cindy.

ch gentle, empathic words... your friend needs someone like you close by, truly does. Know how essential is to have hands to hold and arms to hug, not for me personally but by people deeply loved.

Prayers permanently hovering Cindy's head, promise you.

Your words are so heartfelt and sincere, thank you.
There is a time in almost everybody's life when they cry out "why have you abandon me" to God, in whatever form he/she takes for them. We need to remember, these fires are gifts, ways to rebirth our soul's progress like the phoenix rising from the ashes of its fiery death.
As her friend, you can carry some of the load. As a fellow human, so can I. Together, she will get through, in whatever way is the right way for her soul's journey.
And we need also to remember that the sadness and pain we feel for our suffering loved ones is a gift as well, to us, for all of the same reasons.
So I will pray for your friend to find her way through to wherever she is meant to go, and pray for you to take the catalyst of your own sorrow for her and travel far on your own journey.
You are a complicated man, Willard, for all of your protestations to the contrary.

You are welcome.
Nicely said Willard. The battle won, only to relive the nightmare that battles reignite when all we see is a bright future, bringing back the feelings of having to face the battle once more.
Sympathies to your friends plight and hopes and prayers too. Keep fighting Cindy.
