Beach Dawn

Beach Dawn

A Poem by Willard Wells
"

Beachcombing

"

fog lifting early

as the sun brings a new day

beachcombers play

sand wet from wave washed

shores squishing between toes as

children run and play

waves crash over rocks

as seagulls float on light breeze

searching for a mate

A nice simple write that amplified a lovely day in nature where the sea, the land and the sky all meet!

And it was a very tranquil time at the beach. Thank you again for stopping by and reviewing my work.

a pleasure Willard
Love the picture and your poetry only enhances the visual.
The "edges" of nature where land meets oceans or streams or sky meets the mountain scape, give so much beauty.

Photography and words are my activities to try and keep an over active mind under control. For the most part my pieces have been short since that's how I'm wired. I would like to write something longe.. more..
