Ahh, those little slices of deliscious temptation. Only needs uttered by name and we are all left clamouring for their tastiness. Personally love lemon, but chocolate works for me too. Ooh, choc/lemon.... I think I just had a brainwave.
Nicely captured sir. Now my breakfast of crunchy nut cornflakes will fel just wrong in its current cheesecakeless state :)

I only described what i will be making in the next week. I do not shop at Christmas. I bake, make candy, Cheesecake and cookies. Those are the gifts to friends and neighbors. After that it's the gift of the realm with seldom a return, CASH. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND A GOOD NIGHT

Have good equipment. I have cooked and baked for years, but scrimped on some items. And then that item I have bought 30 times and if I had not been so cheap I would have saved money. Kitchen Aide Mixer the only way to go. The bigger the better. hahaha
