Friends may pass

and leave this life.

We ask the question

why them and not me.

It maybe that they

were stronger.

They were prepared

each day to move on in their journey.

Being strong

they show the way.

And give us strength,

guiding us when our time comes.

It may be for the reasons that you say but, I am a naysayer. I say that they went and not you because it was their time and not yours. unless it was an accident or something of that nature, Will, It just, was or is not your time. No one knows when an internal body part is going to say, "sayonara, that is it for me."
