Elnino

California Prayers

El Nino

Years of drought

and the grass is dry

the trees they die.

We love the sun

and clear skies

for fun all day.

Winters ahead

and we pray

as never before.

That the rain

will come

and not too fast.

As El nino strikes to end our drought.

Oh how I am impatiently waiting for El Nino to strike... we need the water so bad. I was even reading how the giant Sequoias are slowly dying off which is a beautiful getaway close to me. Keep our fingers crossed buddy... awesome words share the feeling of want and need for this water :)

California is the place you ought to be, 'land of opportunity'

Will, I have visited your fine state many a time and it is a very fine state for visiting, very fine, but I do not want to live there.
