This sounds like California alright. Are the talking about rationing water yet?

Oh we are far past rationing. We are now at about our third level of voluntary rationing. Goal is every house and every person 29 gals of water a day. If you do this it takes a little bit of change in thinking. They say the most wasteful are the wealthy due to being willing to pay for the water. I expect i will be writing more of these as the water gets less.

That's because i am part of "Short Attention Span Theater" right now. I cannot seem to put that many words together. Thanks for your kind words. With this one I knew Haiku, but on some as you have seen they can go Haiku or Senryu and sometimes the difference is all in one word and it becomes rather subjective.
