so do you mean actually watching Netflix and just hanging out?

or "Netflix and chill" aka hooking up?

why does such a simple phrase have such a bad connotation nowadays?

it's as if the world just assumes that all girls hoe around and all guys want is to get laid every day.

and yes, that is true to an extent. there are girls and guys that fit both of these descriptions. but that is not everyone.

that is not me, & that is not you. we are better than that. yeah sure we enjoy sex, but that doesn't mean that we don't also value meaningful sex and just hanging out with friends.

I miss being able to hang out with guys & not having people assume that all we would be doing is having sex. given my reputation in this town, that's all guys want from me. I don't know how I went from being such a weird & innocent girl to being the town hoe.

netflix and chill shouldn't mean anything more than literally watching netflix and chilling. today's society has everything fucked up.
