echoes in the library

A Poem by writingismylife4
"

a doctor/river tribute

"
run, run, run
as fast as you can
nothing holds him back
that impossible man
i let her die
there was nothing you could do
what i wouldn't give
to keep on holding you

silence in the library
presses on my ears
never let my memory
dissappear
i will come back for you
you couldn't if you tried
echoes in the library
no one hears our cry

I wrote this as a poem for two voices: the left one is the Doctor, the right one is River, and the middle one is in unison. Enjoy!

About
I love writing, especially poetry. I'm kind of crazy, really random, and have deep thoughts on a daily basis. I love drawing (though I'm not very good at it), and I love anime, especially Naruto. .. more..
