A Poem by writingismylife4
"

A poem I wrote after waking up after a nightmare. I whispered it aloud to myself and it sounded right, so I suggest you do the same.

"

A silhouette in the corner of my vision

A flash of light in the middle of the night

The sound a dog makes when going mad

A fate reckoned but only for a second

A boy stands outside, dripping blood:

I shut the door.

A girl in the rain crying vengeance:

I listen to the thunder.

A ghost beckons to me:

I let the curtains fall.

A storm rolls in with the tears of the dead

Computer full of static and a body in the attic

A knock on the door and a plea to enter

I hear their screams, they haunt my dreams

They won’t let me go

tell someone

let me go

let me go

About
I love writing, especially poetry. I'm kind of crazy, really random, and have deep thoughts on a daily basis. I love drawing (though I'm not very good at it), and I love anime, especially Naruto. .. more..
