Coffee Veins

Coffee Veins

A Poem by Jamie

Racing against

This tick of light.

The speed we follow

Is magnified.

I’m so lost in you.

You’re so lost at all.

Mock your way out

Of tomorrow’s coffee’s spill.

It’s all in the circular stain

You’ll leave.

Washed of the brown veins

That still remain.

That was interesting... I actually see this more as the lasting effects of bad love... very nicely done.
