Groupies

Groupies

A Poem by Sarah Buchanan
"

This comes from dating musicians. Although I myself have never been a groupie. I'm always the g/f. And it can probably relate to some girls on here, seeing as how any type of artist gets groupies.

"

Girls left wanting

For men they cannot have

Drooling over the prospect

Of one day meeting them.

G Girls who fail to see

R Reaping insecurity when

O Offering themselves so

U Utterly distasteful

P Pathetic little wannabes

I Insisting on holding on

E Exploring Exploitation of

S Sexual perversions

Girls who fail to see

How true they can really be,

For the grasp onto nothing

And that is all they get

Cause in the end

He chooses someone else.

This is a spectacular write. Love it...And you very much. Brilliant!!! Why so much talent? Maybe it's because you rule. Yeah...That's it.
