Mankind

Mankind

A Poem by Sarah Buchanan
"

Just a lyric that I wrote after moving to Hollywood, CA.

"

All the heartbreak, all the pain, all the lives lost in vein.  Where is your God now?

Today lives were lost here and there, just like everday.  There are those who suffer and those who fight.  Some shall live, some shall die as mankind releases its worst enemy, itself.

All the heartbreak, all the pain, all the lives lost in vein.  Where is your God now?

Bush is killing people.  Iraqis killing people, government killing people.  People killing people.

Why do we bring all this pain on ourselves?  Why do we create so much suffering?  Why can't there be one day of peace?  We will be the end of ourselves.

All the heartbreak, all the pain, all the lives lost in vein.  Where is your God now?
