May Angel Wings Comfort Her

(A Journal Entry) 

~ ~ ~

As she lies there with tears 

in her eyes, I sit and question what I can 

do for her hurt.

My heart is breaking as well, but I can't 

tell her. As tears cover her cheeks, 

I wipe them dry for her.

She is dearly loved by 

my family and I.

Suffering hurts as I close my eyes and say 

a prayer for her. I want her pain to end,

But I still want her here. 

I don't know how to keep myself together 

when I am around her. 

My heart breaks but I have to stay

 strong. I hope a thousand angel wings 

can comfort her. when I no longer can.
