Am I a poet

because I compose

using lyrics that rhyme,

my mistletoe and wine.

Music

that paints a picture

Vivid

the melody,

intense of feeling

devoid of judgement

poignant, tears of a stream.

Conscious; creating a Universe with lines.

Each word a Planet

Of a lesser God.

"I'm making this up, I have no idea but here we go. I think that it would be to express, to share, to relieve, to explore. For me, poetry offers some what of a cathartic experience.
