Blood BargainA Poem by Rayne Stantontemptation calls to us all. will you answer it?You expect me to trust you when i can't even trust myself? I've got no where to go and no one to call for help. Roll your eyes at me like its the easiest thing in the world to sign a blood bargain with the devil.
The blood bargain you seek, don't seek it from me. Don't steal away my innocence. For in my heart I know this is wrong to sing along with the demonic laced song, however my soul is not yet gone, to the blood bargain I won't sign with the devil.
He dances to his temptation drenched music and beckons me to come. Earlier promises of lust and desire draws me forward though its wrong. Taking my hand and pulling me to him, his strong arms wrapped around my waist, dancing in a choral of fire we danced until we met our fate.
Years later I realized my one great mistake. How could I let this happen to my once bright fate? Blood bargain now signed from the scar on my heart, My scar will remain for years to come, dispite the band-aids the damage has been done. © 2011 Rayne StantonReviews
