To feel the wind on your face

To open new doors

To get a warm embrace

What’s it like

To lead with your heart

To hold on tight

To never have to part

What’s it like

To laugh with no worries

To dance to no music

To never have to hurry

What’s it like

To run in the rain

To scream to the sky

To never feel pain

What’s it like

To wish on a star

To look up to heaven

To not go too far

What’s it like

To stand in a crowd

To dream for tomorrow

To always feel proud

What’s it like

To know someone loves you

To reach for the stars

To see where to run to

I don't think anyone knows what that's like. Life is full of inconveniences and disasters for us to navigate. But your poem is a wonderful whimsical jaunt into the wonderful world that we all inhabit in our daydreams.
