no your worth

no your worth

A Poem by James Grizzly Jones

So you doubt your   self-worth cause of what you can’t make

And your mate don't notice you so that sadness is hard to shake

And a queen you are but you still suffer from heart break

He don't make your world spin not like you would like him too

And you fear things like him not seeing bride in you

And you wonder if you being punished from how you used to live

So you fall to your knees begging god to forgive

And as you leave the church it starts to rain hard

You run to your car but then you slip and fall

With rain on your face and blood on your knee you look up and scream god why me

And a voice came from behind and said you know I ask the same thing

And asked him send me a queen and it would be more than just fling

And I had a dream of a women who was wet in the face and red in the knees

And I thought is was a joke until I looked at you in front of me

I no life can be hard and also unfair but with you here in front of me god answers prayers.
