not nice to fib/lie

not nice to fib/lie

A Poem by James Grizzly Jones

I didn’t brush my teeth but I told my parents I did.

But its ok its just a little fib.

I didn’t eat my veggies I throw them in the trash

Just a little fib it’s not that bad.

But then my parents found my veggies and saw that my toothbrush was dry

And because of my little fib I can’t go outside no playing with toys
And I have a  Bike I can’t ride.

A fib is bad a fib is a lie.

It’s fun to receive and it’s nice to give

But I will always remember it’s not nice to fib
