what inspires me?

This was a class assignment to write a poem on what inspires me, so read it and learn, just what inspires me.

 

 

What inspires me, you ask me?

My reply is simple, just like what inspires me

Nature, yea that inspires me

It so simple and so complex at the same

Yet it is ever changing with time

 

It’s an easy find,

I found it just one day

On a bright sunny day

During a blissful walk

Studying the things around me

 

It’s the growth of the mighty and wise tree

Or even the proud loin that stalks it prey

Nature is the things that surround us

Like the unbreakable rock that was once protection

The gay blue jay that sing it song of joy

 

All these grasp inspiring traits

The desire of wisdom only the oldest branches can hold

Drive for might of the loin’s jaws

Yearning for the enduring strength of the stones

Crave for the Joy of freedom that wings give

 

How this helps me I don’t know

May be it just pulls me because the nature of our roots

The feeling it gives is just a bless filled one

A feeling that every thing belongs, oh that is it

That how it helps, it make you feel like you’re something

 

Nature, is every where

Yet it goes unnoticed by everyone

Because they are so busy and so self centered

So oblivious to the gift that God has given us

I wonder if it will even be missed once it is gone.
