StimulatedA Poem by J.E. StroudComforting they say “You
Are supposed to be here” The message implanting faster than jerky trips of an eye We’ve found magic in the solitudinous company Roadtrips set in the ticks of our shortest hour Suburbs of the divine Disguised as a pit stop, large enough to obscure the view of the stars Sprawl barely worth passing through, small enough to be
disregarded But rumbling over a hill, it’s viewed splayed unabashedly Immobile lights glisten as they travel upwards seeking the
edge of our time Even without your shadows it’s remarkable We travel in search of a guidance heart, a lightweight’s
reassurance And find our sparkling euphony © 2013 J.E. StroudAuthor's Note
