Busty Mila Kunis looks effortlessly elegant in a sophisticated monochrome dress

Mila Kunis has been noticeably absent from the red carpet since the arrival of her first child.

But the brunette reminded fans why she's been sorely missed on Thursday night, when she made a particularly elegant appearance at CinemaCon in Las Vegas.

The actress, who has an 18-month-old daughter Wyatt with husband Ashton Kutcher, wowed in monochrome, opting for a busty empire line light blue prom dresses that had a vintage air about it.
