I guess as a poet I can relate to this, in the way my inspiration manifests itself in a myriad of ways when the right words come to heart and mind and then transfer to pen and paper.
WOW! This is very powerful & full of creativity! I love the specific details you choose for each line, each one a surprising way to say what you're saying. I love the intensity you convey in your word choices. Words can definitely be a weapon or a caress! Love the way you put this together with much originality (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

I love the repetitive sentence structure of this piece, and your word choices are spot on! However, I am a little confused on how the title relates to poem, "when words quit", so far (correct me if I'm wrong) but the words are what are leaving 'with...' and 'they' are what make your life feel difficult and hard, but with the title you are implying that the words are leaving of their own accord. Is that correct? Because if so I fully understand your piece, if not I'm just a bit confused.
