1. I laugh now. I forgot what laughing hysterically and not being able to stop felt like.

2. I yell, I defend myself, I love, I cry. I can feel things.

3. I'm not lost. I'm really not. I may not have a firm grip on myself but I am not lost.

4. I have hope. My hope is eternal.

5. Sometimes I still feel the weight of what you did to me while you were hear, and the pain of you having gone. But I am strong. ("You're the strong one, you'll be fine.")

6. I am strong and you are dead.

7. I am sure of certain things. Sureness is foriegn to me, but I'm happy it's back.

8. You don't need to push me to live because I am. I finally got up off of the floor. I'm not completely better, but I can laugh until tears roll down my face, and I can scream until you understand what I mean, and I can love without continous "I'm sorry"'s and cowering inside myself.

I like this a lot. Number 8 is my favorite it finishes the piece nicely.
