On Your Heart

 

  On your heart,

i will leave my print,

not a lot,

but just a hint .

 

You will think of me,

when the time is right,

lying in your bed,

on a summers night.

 

Or maybe i`ll come,

from a flickering light,

from a candle burning

inside your mind.  

 

Where i`ll be,

till the end of time,

tucked away in your heart

where we will never part...

Sup wordman, how ya doing? I just love this piece right here, so beautiful. The hint of a touch really give this poem a gentle tone. But I also get some sadness(?) maybe it’s me but it almost seems like a sad calling, a longing because he loves this girl very much. Love like that always tugs my heart strings. Even though I am the Satan child hahaha, I do love love. And by the looks of your poem, you do too!
