Autumn, a fire burning, one of my favorite and most romantic times of the year. I have a lot of great memories of this time of the year, snuggling up next to a fire. The mention of the season, and stars and I automatically pegged this one as a love poem, and not a love lost poem. Unfortunately, my love didn't last either, but there were other, greater loves. Each one taking a part of my heart, but contributing to my life in one way or another.

and may the memories live on and a new love on the horizion,,thank you
I just loved the title of this poem, Ron. A hint of sadness in the concluding lines. Yet the simple elegance and effortless rhyme of the verses made up for it and I was delighted by the beauty of this Blue Autumn love. Have an awesome New Year’s Eve, my friend! 💥✨⚡️💫😂
This one is clearly worded and has imagery that paints nice pictures. The images of autumn and a starless sky give hint of loss. Sure enough, the poem's end tells of a love gone forever. Might have a poignant, moving sound if set to music.
I don't know if you know this or not, but I thought it would be worth mentioning. I noticed you chose a purple rose as the picture to go along with this poem, even though the poem is called, "Blue Autumn." The purple rose symbolizes love or enchantment at first sight, but feelings that can also leave just as easily and without much warning.....as it seems the love in this poem has done.. not sure if you did that on purpose or not. Nicely written poem, well done.
