Windows Of Your Soul

Windows Of Your Soul

A Poem by wordman
"

"
I can look,

into your soul;

as i read,

the stories you hold.

Hold deep,

in your heart;

as you write,

your soul plays a part.

It reads,

like a movie script;

from long ago,

i love ,reading your soul.

You touch me,

in every word,

i feel the emotion,

coming from your heart

as your soul,plays it`s part...

I love this !!!

Its how I feel when I read the writings of others ...
We all have a story to tell and share with the world to those who are willing to take the time to listen or read of them..

I love this Wordman thank you for sending me this :')

thank you for the visit
Yes, we look for the story behind the words. We expose pieces of who we are as we bare our soul.
Wonderfully written. I truly love it. Thank you

thank you for the visit effie,i appreciate it
dear Wordman... our soul is a part of our Spirit... past lives may explain an "Old Soul".
We share our feelings in verse and rhyme of perhaps another time. truly, Pat

My pleasure🌹
Eloquent yet simple explanation on understanding others through their writings. I pray one day to grow a similar talent to the one you exhibit here. Beautiful read on a lazy Sunday morning. Cheers!

thank you,and i`m sure you can allready
Wordman grasps back deep within the soul
to find the thoughts that touch another's heart,
reach past to some old movie role
for feelings that will fire a new re-start.

Living our resplendent grief alone,
brings evil to our souls and not relief.
Time smirks at us, for all our moan and groan,
'Builds character?' No, just abundant grief

So, stand upon your patience and entrust,
the knowledge that emotions dissipate.
Imagination's fresh, disgusting lust,
We bury those before it is too late.

Past deeds rush in to try and make a case,
Ignoring all those tears upon the face,

and you did a beautiful rendition ,thank you
Very beautiful. One certainly tends to channel a part of themselves while writing, even sometimes unintentionally
