My Rose

My Rose

A Poem by wordman
"

"

My love

she is a river

that leads

to my soul

My life

my salvation

the only woman

that I want to hold

But my rose

she went away

one frosty morning

just at the break of day

Now

my rose

she

sleeps in my soul...

I really like this one Ron. Some things come for free and stay, others are gone like drifting sand. All we can do is thank God we had them the time that we did. Valentine
