Aaaannndddd, you have done it all over again. Yup, I am a puddle of mush.
I am a huge fan of the way you wove a hint of the forlorn into this piece.
"my ink spills like tears from my heart"
Words are the poet's last rites of love, so to speak, we commit them to paper, our attempt to preserve the moment, the dance, the emotion, the everything beautiful of that singular love.
This is fabulous, perhaps one of my new favorites.

"I write of love
I write of pain
I wonder what joy
tomorrow will bring"
This read like a song !!!!i love it
But as advice shouldn't the title be "you're my inspiration"
Anyway.
I love the emotions you've portrayed here. A writer sometimes goes through times of utter dryness. Were we cant think of anything to jot down and pour our emotions into. We as writers love looking around this colourless world to find happiness and find hidden colours to bring out our passions. Those passions inspire us to write. And that is what makes your poem so special and well written.
mmmmmmmmmbeautiful love poem ...reading has inspired me to seek one particular muse ... i can't say i really have one ... seems many different things spark the noodle ... some i catch on to and others simply slip away ... your speaker is a lucky man to have such a fountain of youth in loving his lady ... the commitment in your closing lines is divine says i!
