Never Love Again

I built my life around you

now you`re gone

I don`t know what to do

I could never love again

my heart is broke

it will never mend

fifty years old all alone

now that you are gone

I have no reason to go on

I can never love again

but one day maybe I

can find a friend

Just someone to talk to

when I`m thinking of you

someone to help me make it through...

I wrote this poem last night had a feeling it was for someone
who needed a friend it`s actually about a man that lost his wife she died

This is straight from the heart. Someone to talk to who understands is something we all crave and desire. I'll admit that my best friend still does not understand the love and pain that I have gone through and her and I just cannot talk about it.
