My love

you will be with me

forever and a day

My love for you

will never fade away

You`re the most beautiful

thing to come into my life

You`re my inspiration

you`re the light of my life

you`re my every dream

you`re my dream come true

I want you to know my darling

just how much I love you

you`ve inspired my life

you have helped me grow

you`ve helped me in ways

you`ll never know

Your the sweetest thing

to come into my life

would you take this ring

and place it on your hand

Will you always be my lady

and I will always be your man

will you darling be my wife...

You are absolutely right! Your poem is similar to mine. I think your poem was very good. It would make a good marriage proposal. Thank you for your review of my poem.

'Will you Marry Me'
wordman,
We are no good alone. Being a loner is not all it's cracked up to be. There are many ways for people to seek community and I know that having a spouse is a serious matter. so to everyone whether married or not I wish all of these ones contentment for I think that that is what matters the most. Singleness is a reality even a gift to many but marriage is also so good. Great poem sir. This was a simple and unconfusing question with no doubt...will you marry me. The age old question. I liked it.
Blessings,
Kathy

thank you,and even single we still need love
It's great to be a poet we never know where our pen will take us. On a romantic walk or fitful rant.
Your poem was filled with tender beauty and romance, a very delightful read.

No other poem Could have a better RING to it either a ring on her finger or a church bell that is ringing on your own wedding day, a charm to have read on this winter's Saturday.
