Forever and Always

Forever and Always

A Poem by wordman
"

"

Forever and always

until the end of time

forever and always

that's how long you will be mine

As I place this ring upon your hand

you will always be my lady

and I will always be your man

Until death do us part

or until the end of time

that's how long I will love you

that's how long you will be mine

I will cherish and love you for evermore

trust and respect you

hold you tight night after night

Keep you warm and safe

on cold,cold nights

talk to you for hours on end

I will be your lover and your best friend

forever and always

until the end of time...

"forever and Always"
wordman,
You know the title really says it all. As hour, to day-week to year coalesces, superintendency is what marriage is really all about. The coalescing of two lives, the sharing and supporting through the hard, hard times which we then really earn the right to take part in the good times too.
These traditional words of yours are what we all need to strive for:
"Until death do us part'or until the end of time'that's how long i will love you
that's how long you will be mine"
The beginning of optimistic bright eyed future hopes are a blessing because life is so hard sometimes we need that youthful and if not youthful, just the optimism and hopeful exuberance for the future, for the everyday.
I also really liked these words of yours as well. Our spouse will be our best friend:
"talk to you for hours on end
I will be your lover and your best friend"
Isn't it just like God to give something so beautiiul and so necessary!?

so ,you produce it,put the music to it,and do the chorus thing..we will be in business
This is a positive sounding narrative but, nowhere do you mention eating! Are y'all gonna take time out for vittles? Nice piece of sincerity Ron!
