silver stillness sings
at night, silently breaks on
nothing's stony shore.

~ i relate to this micro-epic intensely... i think i've become a permanent resident of "nothing's stony shore" (what an expression and what an image)... the first line of this micro-epic is the act of being here on your page and singing this song... ~ thank you for your comforting presence, monsieur jewel...

I love stillness and silence Joel, this one sings to my heart.

I love the smaller forms. They say so much! I can feel the moonlight on the shore and I love the "silver stillness sings"
