Break My Parts (part 2)

Break My Parts (part 2)

A Poem by hanselwheresgretel?
"

This was something I wrote when I was 20. One of my first poems. Wanted someone rid me of all the unnecessary emotions.

"

Listen, you, to all my parts,

and dont speak words of aid;

I wish for no more sound

rather something felt, not said.

I wish for time, not spent alone.

I wish for strength, quickly grown.

I wish for rest, and healing sown.

I wish forgiveness, to be atoned.

So break my weakness,

my cursed parts.

Break my troubled

weary heart.

Break my faults,

and times i failed.

Break my victories,

when i prevailed.

Break my blessings,

take life itself.

Break my peace,

keep inward delve.

Break my book,

my deepest desire.

Break the moments

i set all afire.

There´s a lot of breaking going on in this sequel. But I think I grasp the meaning of what you´re trying to say. More or less :) My favorite verse is defintely "Listen, you, to all my parts." It´s like your asking all the you´s to fall in line and listen to you, once and for all. Okay part three now...
