An October Night

The non-poetic poem

It was

an October night,

a night like this,

I remember.

 

may be it was

the sound of rain outside

or 

the way your hair caressed your back

I just remembered

 

how the years have passed

since that night

 

an October night 

much like tonight

when I was lost

and love found me
