Maybe Tomorrow

Maybe Tomorrow

A Chapter by Wondering Mind

Maybe tomorrow.,
But tomorrow never came.

Today, my skies
are painted.

Brushed skillfully grey with,
promises of your lies.

Maybe tomorrow, I tell my sorrow.

But
will I be the same?

Nicely penned, you tell the story so often told but in a well thought-out and written manner. It speaks of being lied to and the resulting wisdom that follows. Something we either learn or we don't. Through wisdom comes caution.

How you always go so deep with just a few words...simple words ...together...forming a mindset that just explodes with feeling...causing hunger to set in for the next prolific thought!
