I miss my rhyme phase

with you

me, a desert storm

longing for your icy eyes of blue

and fire

from afar

with fire burning

in my heart?

or was it the learning?

a phase we (i) go through

in any case

Phases come and go, depending on too many points to mention here and now. But for sure it helps to share that special rhyming time when words are the face of your feelings? How sad you are right now, dear poet.

I think I completely missed the rhyme phase for the most part, but then again, I missed a lot of phases I thought I was in that I turned out not to be in in the first place and maybe it's because even explaining that gave me a headache, it's best not to dwell on and not try to remember what I forgot to not remember at the time. And yes, I definitely feel that headache coming back!
The hardest part is always not forgetting to remember, whatever I was talking about, but there will be a day when you realise you have forgotten to remember for a while... Hopefully 😊
