Black Skies

These open skies
Once filled with black clouds
And many tears
This was all for their lies

A sudden change of heart
Made them fade away
The sun now shines
This is just a start

Many days pass by
A few clouds trace the sky
There is doubt in my heart
I am scared of these lies

These skies dark once again
I'm pulled back to this misery
I stare up at the skies
I must try again
