Day Dream Lullaby

Day Dream Lullaby

A Poem by Lunar Pup

Hush my love,

I know they can't see your pain

I'll keep you safe though

So it's not all done in vain.

Sweet lullabys,

Are sung from the skies

My love

Don't give into their lies.

They can't see

They don't care if you cry

I'm here for you though my love

Please don't die.

One day my little bird

I'll teach you how to fly

To be free

To touch the sky.

Hush my love

They can't see your pain

I'll keep you safe though

So it's not all done in vain.

Crimson falls

As I start to cry

And whisper

My daydream lullaby.

Wow what a mixture here.. both of a dream of lifting another and protecting them which I found inspirational.. and another of a person in pain.. great portrayal in creativity to true friendship. The flow plays just like a lullaby lyrics too.. I really loved this piece and found it very sweet and considerate! Great job and keep up the great work!
